"Great service - very nice. These guys have fixed my broken stuff a few times whether it was my bike or one of my friends they are always willing to stop what they are doing and take a look at your rig and see if they can get you on your way."Matt H.
"Second to none. I originally was going to purchase a Cannondale demo bike and missed it by a day. I hesitated at the last minute, and someone else purchased the bike. The owner sold me a new bike of the same model for not much more than he was asking for the demo, and it was marked down pretty steep. That is the kind of treatment that breeds customer loyalty!"R. Bowles
"The customer service is great. If they don't have a part you need or they don't know how to fix something they do their best to find how to point you in the right direction to find it."W. Scott
"Well trained staff that takes care of all my bike needs from fitting to repairs. From road bikes to mountain bikes, they can fix it! They have actually saved me a lot of money over the years with good sound technical advice on what works, and what doesn't."C.J. Davis
"I really like this place. I live in Blacksburg, but I do almost all of my LBS business here. Their prices are fair, and they are not offended if you ask them if they can come close to a mail order price. The selection in store is not very good, but it will have most anything you need in a pinch. A lot of people buy high end bikes there.
As someone who usually knows exactly what I want, I like the fact that they are willing to work on getting what I want rather than selling me what they have. When I do ask for help in choosing something, they usually ere on the side of the more sensible and less expensive option. They have earned many large purchases from me by not nickeling and diming me on all the small stuff. The shop has a very laid back feel, and the staff are all very welcoming no matter what level you ride at."Kapusta
