1. Reserve in Advance
Call us or stop by the shop to book your demo in advance. Popular models and weekend slots fill up quickly, so we recommend reserving early to lock in your ride.
2. Sizing & Setup Info
We’ll ask for a few quick details—your height, weight, and riding preferences—to make sure we get you on the right size bike and dial in the setup for your demo.
3. Waiver & ID
All demo riders must sign a waiver and provide a valid photo ID and credit card. A refundable deposit or card hold may be required.
4. Demo Fee
We charge a daily demo fee based on the bike model, which will be applied toward the purchase of a new bike if you decide to buy shortly after your demo. Ask us for details!
5. Day of Your Demo
Bring your helmet, pedals, and riding gear—these items will not be provided. Our team will get the bike set up specifically for you, including suspension tuning.
6. Return Time
Please return the bike clean and on time by the end of the demo day to avoid any additional charges.
